We welcome links to our site.  You may establish a hyperlink to our web site at http://www.nutrawize.com as long as the link does not state or imply sponsorship by Nutrawize Lifestyle Nutrition Services, LLC in any way.  Framing is not allowed without prior written permission.  Requests for permission to frame should be sent to the above address.

Any user who visits the Nutrawize Web Site agrees to follow and be bound to the legal statement.   

Return Policy

Returns on merchandise ordered directly through Nutrawize and not through its affiliates must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.   No returns will be accepted/refunded without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can be obtained by contacting us at nutrawize(at)nutrawize.com or by using our contact form.  Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging.  Defective items resulting from manufacturing must be returned within 30 days and must be received prior to shipping the replacement item.  We will not accept return of merchandise which has been user-damaged or used and are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.  Due to the easily reproducible nature of printed material, including but not limited to pamphlets, meal plans, and certain books, Nutrawize does not accept the return of these items.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and Nutrawize is not responsible for return shipping charges.  We recommend returning merchandise in its original shipping carton by a carrier who provides shipment tracking (example: USPS Delivery Confirmation).   Please allow 6 weeks for credits to your account to appear on your statement.

Advertising

Nutrawize does not currently accept solicited advertisement.  We do, however, provide links to our affiliates.  Links to our affiliates are clearly distinguished from health information content, using identifying words, design, or placement. We may also make use of disclaimers on pages featuring links.  If you click on one of our affiliate links, you will be leaving the Nutrawize Web.  Be aware that Nutrawize has no control over the practices of other Web sites.  Your computer may receive cookies from other sites and will not be protected by the Nutrawize privacy and security policy.  Nutrawize does not endorse products or services offered by other sites.  Nutrawize may receive commissions on purchases you make from sites to which we link.  Nutrawize uses these commissions to support ongoing product, service, and website development.  To date, these commissions have not been substantial.
